 We have stocked up!

Each and every job must get done for the floats to be completed. “Fair” is to the company we are working for, not to the individual girls, or troops. Remember, these vendors have paid $250,000.00 or more to have these floats built and they want it done right!

We assign people where we need them to be, sometimes regardless of their previous experience. Each and every adult should be responsible for making sure your group is doing their job correctly, whether they are your girls or not!

If there are questions or confusion about the correct instructions, please clarify with the Fiesta Float Supervisor for your float. This is a cooperative effort, we don’t want misunderstandings to happen so please be pleasant to one another and if there are any problems bring them to Kathleen IMMEDIATELY!

2016 Dry Decorating Dates - (when dry decorating ask if tours are available when you arrive) - ONLY 10 years old & up!

Floral Decoration Shifts
Day Shift: 8AM - 4PM
Night Shift: 4:30PM - 11:00PM
Overnight Shift: 11:00PM until completion

DO NOT bring more participants than you registered for! 

TWO WEEKS prior to shift - Troop/Group Leaders - MUST CONFIRM numbers with Kathleen

Important: Read very carefully "the Welcome, Pertinent Information, and Decorating Schedule/Registration pages" BEFORE you register your troop -  upon your registration - you are stating you are in agreement & complete understanding with ALL policies & procedures.

ONLY register for the date(s) YOUR troop/group can commit to - some troops/groups will be limited to (1) dry or (1) floral shift due to NOT showing up for their scheduled shift at the 2014 or 2015 Rose Parade Decorating (previous years) - DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOUR TROOP/GROUP NEXT YEAR!!
